Associate Financial Analyst          
Position Overview:
The Associate Financial Analyst position is a member of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team.  You will be responsible for organizing, analyzing and simplifying financial information related to the company’s business segments and functions.  You will deliver or present as required reports and analysis to management and their team members to assist in business decisions. 
In this role, you will perform the primary responsibilities listed below in addition to other duties as assigned. 
Responsibilities:
  • Compile, analyze, interpret and report financial data
  • Support annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting and financial close reporting requirements
  • Develop in-depth expense analyses for corporate cost centers by gathering and analyzing data, creating metrics, tracking costs and interfacing with department managers
  • Create and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately
  • Collect/format/assemble presentations for senior leadership and the Board on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Prepare financial models to support business planning exercises
  • Deliver weekly/monthly bookings and backlog reports
  • Generate other financial reports utilizing Business Objects data warehouse software
  • Administrate Financial Planning and Analysis team’s SharePoint site
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as required
Basic Qualifications
  • Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent (Finance or Accounting) and 0-2 years of experience
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate orally and in writing
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
  • Strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently and effectively handle and complete multiple tasks
  • Ability to learn and utilize various IT systems
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for the US
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle ERP and CRM experience
  • SAP Business Objects experience
  • Host Analytics experience
