Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to become an integral member of the EMEA & APAC Enterprise Sales Team focused on renewals, increasing renewal rates, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, supporting the Enterprise Sales Teams and helping drive revenue growth and increase market share to meet and exceed corporate objectives. The majority of these sales are achieved via phone, email, Internet, and web demos.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Account Management -- responsible for managing existing customer account renewals and selling products/services to grow penetration and achieve assigned quota.
  • Clearly articulate our Authentication and PKI value proposition in relation to competitors. 
  • Deliver value proposition message through a variety of methods (i.e., phone, web, etc.).
  • Take sole responsibility and ownership of existing low revenue customers within the assigned territory.
  • Responsible for accurately reporting and documenting all contacts, and engaging in proper and timely follow-up with prospective clients.
  • Maintain call records as well as account and opportunity status in CRM.
  • Participate in developing territory plans and forecasts.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Entrust Datacard products and sales strategies/objectives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to the broader Entrust sales force with regards to renewal services.
  • Recognize market trends and report customer feedback on product enhancements to the broader team.
 
Basic Qualifications:
 
  • University or College degree preferred
  • Proven ability to consistently over-achieve targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycle, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Must be customer-focused and possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to deliver engaging and compelling presentations
 
Preferred Qualifications:
 
  • Account Management/Inside Sales business to business experience selling products/services.
  • Previous sales experience in the information security space.
  • Previous formal sales training
  • Previous success prospecting, building a solid pipeline of opportunities, moving opportunities through the sales cycle, and presenting and discussing solutions with decisions-makers.
  • Familiarity with Sales Force CRM
