Position Overview:
Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Communications Manager, the Marketing Communications Specialist will be a key member within a small marketing team, assisting where required but equally with the opportunity to be responsible for their own projects. Entrust Datacard is looking for a motivated and articulate individual who is willing to make a significant contribution to the Company’s EMEA marketing department.
  • Liaising with designers in the production of promotional materials;
  • Working with Channel Partners across the region to meet their marketing needs
  • Work with Sales leaders to understand their marketing needs and deliver on those
  • Assist in the coordination of EMEA industry trade shows; including stand construction, product display, support materials, signage, travel booking, adverts and press kits.
  • Working with the Corporate Web Marketing Group in the maintenance of the EMEA web sites.
  • EMEA Quarterly Newsletter, interviewing and preparing content for internal company audience.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and carrying out market research;
  • Carrying out a variety of other administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A confident manner with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong skills in use of Microsoft Office; word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe suite
  • Knowledge of Google analytics
  • Previous experience of marketing hardware is desirable
  • Close attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be willing to travel to overseas shows to help run events (approx. 10%)
  • Must be willing to travel to Reading office on a weekly basis
Previous marketing experience is essential.  Fluency in French, Spanish or German would be of benefit.
